A Year of Excellence: How Clark Bros. Inc. Delivered Award-Winning Projects and Built for the Future
January 6, 2026
From industry-leading renewable energy and environmental projects to workforce development and strategic growth, 2025 marked one of the strongest years in Clark Bros’ history.
This past year marked one of the strongest and most transformative periods in Clark Bros’ history. While the company delivered exceptional results across renewable energy, environmental, and infrastructure markets, the true foundation of that success was the people behind the work.
Throughout the year, Clark Bros. Inc. earned major industry recognition, including two prestigious awards. The SMUD Solano 4 Wind Project received Best Energy Industrial Project honors after the successful decommissioning of 23 legacy turbines and installation of 19 advanced utility-scale turbines. The company also earned an Award of Merit in the Water Environment category for the Shafter–Wasco Covered Aerated Static Pile Composting Facility, a complex environmental project capable of processing 100,000 tons of organic material annually.
In addition to project awards, Clark Bros. was ranked on the ENR Top 600 Specialty Contractors list and named to Inc. Magazine’s Top 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies. Major milestones included the completion of two full turnkey EPC substations, continued progress on large-scale projects such as Gonzaga and Darkstar, and the delivery of Root Creek, one of the largest public works projects in company history.
Operational growth remained a priority. The company welcomed 26 new hires across office, safety, and superintendent roles, implemented a new annual performance review process focused on career development, and averaged two skills-based training sessions per month. Clark Brothers also expanded its internship program, promoted interns into full-time roles, and added ISO 14001 environmental certification, reinforcing its commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
Beyond metrics and milestones, the year was defined by a strong internal culture of growth. Clark Bros. continues to promote from within, investing in leadership development, mentorship, and education to address the industry’s growing experience gap. By building talent internally, the company is creating a workforce prepared to meet the demands of increasingly complex construction environments.
Clark Bros. thrives where others hesitate on projects defined by difficult terrain, unpredictable conditions, and high-pressure execution. The company’s ability to self-perform critical scopes allows greater control over safety, quality, schedule, and outcomes, setting it apart in the marketplace.
Guided by core values of integrity, collaboration, creativity, grit, and belief in hard work, Clark Bros. is entering a period of accelerated growth. With momentum building across its markets and internal operations, the company is positioned to take on larger, more complex projects and potentially double in size over the coming years.
As the company looks ahead, one thing remains clear: success is built by people. With a strong team, proven leadership, and a commitment to excellence, Clark Bros. is prepared to raise the standard and make the next year its best yet.
