Re-establishment of the subgrade is the first step taken in finish grading. Roadways are cut in and PGM furnishes and installs base rock or crushed stone for the final surfacing. Both aggregate material and roadway pavement is installed in road sections per plans and specs. This process is completed when we shoulder-back roadways and provide final surfacing touchups.
